Caitlyn Durkin is a film producer from the San Francisco Bay Area.

She started on a Michel Gondry set in 2011, and spent the decade that followed inside the largest machines in the industry: Top Gun: Maverick, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Steve Jobs, Venom, and Bumblebee, across Paramount, Lucasfilm, Universal, Sony, and Marvel. Those years taught the discipline the work still runs on. The budget, the schedule, the call sheet, the crew fed and home safe.

The films she produces now are smaller and closer, and she chooses them. Gloria, shot on 16mm, premiered at the 2025 Tribeca Festival and won both the jury and audience awards at the Austin Asian American Film Festival. Budget Paradise, shot on 35mm in Oakland, premiered at SFFILM and screened at Frameline49. The Snow Leopard won Best Director and Best Original Score at Venice Shorts.

She studied film and digital media at UC Santa Cruz. She is currently producing This Is Private, written and directed by LeAndre Thomas of Star Wars: Visions' "The Pit."
